Ceramic Rinse

Foam-On Ceramic Protection

Foam On. Rinse Off. Protected.

Ceramic Rinse is a foam-on ceramic protectant designed for tractors and heavy equipment. Applied through our Pro Foamer Foam Cannon system, Ceramic Rinse helps increase water beading, improve shine, and reduce water spots with a fast rinse-off application.

Simply apply it after washing and rinse it away.

No wiping.
No complicated coating process.
Just fast protection with minimal labor.

Ceramic Rinse leaves behind a slick protective layer that helps water bead aggressively and run off painted surfaces quickly before it can dry and leave mineral spotting.

For operators looking for the easiest possible way to protect equipment after washing, Ceramic Rinse is the answer.

Watch how Ceramic Rinse clings to the surface during application, rinses easily, and immediately creates aggressive water beading across painted equipment surfaces.

The slick protective layer helps water run off quickly before it can dry and leave water spots.

Built for Agricultural Equipment

Modern agricultural equipment has massive painted surfaces, polished metals, plastic trim, glass, and hard-to-clean areas that constantly battle dirt, oxidation, road film, and water spotting.

Traditional wash soaps clean the surface but leave nothing behind to protect it.

Ceramic Rinse changes that.

Its advanced foaming formula bonds to the surface during application and creates a slick protective layer that helps repel water and contamination long after rinsing.

On large combine panels and vertical surfaces where water normally sheets across the paint and dries slowly, Ceramic Rinse helps water bead up and run away quickly before spotting can occur.

The result is equipment that stays cleaner longer and is easier to maintain between washes.

Built to Work with ProFoam™

Ceramic Rinse was engineered to work alongside ProFoam™ Foaming Cleaner as part of a complete cleaning and protection system for agricultural equipment.

First wash the equipment using ProFoam™. Then apply Ceramic Rinse directly to the wet surface using a second foam cannon.

ProFoam™ removes contamination.
Ceramic Rinse adds protection and shine.

Together they create one of the fastest and easiest equipment maintenance systems available today.

Fast Protection Without Extra Labor

Ceramic Rinse is designed for operators who want protection after washing without additional wipe-on products or complicated coating procedures.

Simply foam it on and rinse it away.

The result is improved water beading, less water spotting, easier future cleaning, and a better-looking finish with almost no additional labor.

This makes Ceramic Rinse one of the easiest upgrades for every ProFoam™ wash process.

Longer Cling and Easy Rinsing

One of the biggest complaints with many spray protectants is poor dwell time or rapid drying during application.

Ceramic Rinse was developed to cling extremely well to painted and vertical surfaces while still rinsing easily and cleanly.

Users consistently comment on how well the product stays in place during application without rapidly drying.

Once rinsed, water instantly beads and runs away from the surface.

Strong Water Beading and Gloss

Immediately after application, water begins to bead aggressively and run off the surface quickly.

This helps:

  • Reduce water spotting
  • Improve water runoff
  • Increase gloss and shine
  • Make future cleaning easier
  • Help reduce dirt and contamination buildup

Ceramic Rinse creates a slick finish across painted surfaces, polished metals, plastics, and glass.

Helps Maintain Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic Rinse was originally developed as a maintenance rinse for equipment protected with Protect Ceramic Paint Pro EVO and Protect Ceramic Tire & Trim.

It helps maintain water beading, improve gloss, refresh slickness, and extend the life of professionally protected equipment.

Ceramic Rinse is also an excellent stand-alone protection option for operators who do not want to apply wipe-on maintenance products like Prolong Ceramic Maintenance Spray after every wash.

Safe Across Multiple Surfaces

Ceramic Rinse can be safely applied to:

  • Tractors
  • Combines
  • Sprayers
  • Construction equipment
  • Off-road vehicles
  • Trucks
  • Semis and trailers
  • Painted surfaces
  • Polished aluminum and metals
  • Plastic trim
  • Glass and windows

The formula is:

  • 100% biodegradable
  • Non-corrosive to metals
  • Easy rinsing
  • Low usage rate
  • Safe for routine maintenance use

Extremely Low Usage Rate

Ceramic Rinse is highly concentrated and designed for efficiency.

Application is performed directly through the Pro Foamer Foam Cannon with the dial typically set around 2.

A single 1-gallon bottle can treat approximately 12 to 15 large FWA tractors depending on application style and equipment size.

This makes Ceramic Rinse one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to add protection to large equipment.

How to Apply Ceramic Rinse

Application Instructions:

  1. Wash the equipment thoroughly using ProFoam™ or your preferred cleaner.
  2. Leave the surface wet after washing. Do not dry.
  3. Pour Ceramic Rinse directly into the Pro Foamer foam cannon. Do not dilute.
  4. Set the foam cannon dial to approximately 2.
  5. Foam Ceramic Rinse evenly across the entire surface.
  6. Ensure full coverage without excessively heavy foam application.
  7. Allow the product to dwell briefly as the foam begins to collapse.
  8. Rinse thoroughly until all product is removed.
  9. Dry remaining water with air or a soft microfiber towel if desired.

Important

  • Do not allow Ceramic Rinse to dry on the surface.
  • It is always best to prevent water from drying on equipment surfaces.

Recommended Accessories

Ceramic Rinse works best with a dedicated foam cannon setup.

We strongly recommend using a second Pro Foamer foam cannon specifically for Ceramic Rinse applications. This allows operators to quickly switch between cleaning and protection without emptying or changing products during the wash process.

Extra tanks are available, but a second complete foam cannon is typically the easiest and fastest solution.
