Next Generation Tractor & Equipment Foam Cleaner

ProFoam™ was developed specifically for agricultural and heavy equipment cleaning after years of real-world experience with traditional foam cleaners. ProFoam™ uses high alkaline chemistry to penetrate and lift soil from the surface. It’s a more aggressive cleaning mechanism than the neutral or mildly alkaline detergents used in standard foam cannon products.

ProFoam’s ActiveHold Chemistry™ uses high alkaline chemistry to maintain active foam contact significantly longer, keeping the product working on vertical surfaces instead of sliding off or drying away. This helps break down dirt, clay, grease, road film, rubber residue, and contamination before rinsing.

Instead of rapidly sliding off or drying away, ProFoam™ continues working while operators foam larger sections or entire machines with more consistent cleaning results.

ProFoam™ by Protect Systems Real-World Performance

In side-by-side testing, ProFoam™ consistently remained active significantly longer than traditional foam cleaners. ProFoam can remain wet and active on the surface for 2 to 3 times longer in outdoor conditions than legacy cleaners, and up to 50 minutes in low-humidity, low-wind environments such as equipment bays and shops.

Designed for Agricultural Equipment

ProFoam™ by Protect Systems is engineered specifically for tractors, combines, sprayers, and heavy equipment exposed to dirt, grease, road film, fertilizer residue, and field contamination.

Application Instructions

1. Pre-rinse heavy dirt and mud.
2. Pour undiluted ProFoam concentrate into the foam kit tank.
3. Apply foam with cold water and adjust the foam kit dial for shaving cream thick foam (1% to 2% recommended).
4. Let ProFoam stay for several minutes, making sure to not let the foam dry outside of the surface. ProFoam can stay wet and cling to the surface for up to 30 minutes or longer depending on the temperature and humidity.
5. Wash from the bottom up with a green or yellow nozzle using hot or cold water, followed by a top-down rinse.
6. Thoroughly rinse a second time, making certain no foam residue remains.

ProFoam Tips

• ProFoam allows the entire machine to be foamed at once under normal conditions.
• Cool extremely hot surfaces and pre-rinse with water before applying ProFoam.
• Use Protect Systems Ceramic Rinse foaming protectant to reduce water spots.
• Pre-rinse aluminum before applying ProFoam and wash quickly for best results. The quality of aluminum can vary. We recommend applying a small test area.
• We recommend washing polished aluminum in small areas.
• For a strong degreaser – Mix at 10%–20% in a pump sprayer. Simply spray the area and allow ProFoam to sit for 1-2 minutes and then wash as normal.
